Question of Style | Boucheron La Maison Digital Experience
Mazarine AP, working with Boucheron the high jewelry Maison, created a digital experience for the brand’s La Maison campaign.

The online experience is to create a consumer journey and showcase the Maison’s question of style through four components, style, innovation, heritage, and Jardin d’Hiver, in consistent with the offline event master guideline, also created by Mazarine AP. 

Each section of the experience tells different stories of the Maison and its jewelry creation. Users can easily interact with questions and selections that match their own preference, style and personality. User experience is delivered through the digital experience with CRM. 

The digital experience has first been launched in China market together with La Maison offline event adapted in Beijing SKP. O2O traffic is generated when users through online experience reserve visits to the offline event, which Mazarine AP provided the global guideline. The La Maison concept and experience will also be adapted and launched in Boucheron global market such as Tokyo, Seoul, Saudi Arabi.
